Stunning New Mid-Century Modern Architecture - 182 Morongo was built by renowned architects OJMR and is located in a private walled and gated compound. This house is an architectural icon of the California Desert. It is also a GREEN house.
Designer furnishings and custom artwork synergize with the architecture of the house to create an integrated, comfortable, and relaxed location. 182 Morongo is located about six blocks south of Downtown and is perfectly positioned for stunning mountain views.

The house, which is obviously modern and high-tech, provides a feeling of elegant informality reminiscent of classic 50’s and 60’s Palm Springs.

Facilities

182 Morongo in Palm Springs is completely walled and gated for privacy.

The house was designed by a leading architect, and was built with care to meet the latest building codes. Everything works! Everything is clean! Your crew can drive right up to the property. The house is all on one level, and it's a short carry for all your filming equipment. The floors are polished concrete, and provide a stable, level, smooth surface on which to manipulate cameras and equipment. There is a concrete patio area outside every room. There is ample electrical power at the house, along with two high-speed internet connections for your use.
